Specialising in equipment using conical process vessels, Bolz-PT cover the scale of applications from Laboratory Dryers using the Bolz miniDRY up to the largest Conical Vacuum Dryer capacities of 15m3. Today Bolz-PT are part of the Heinkel Drying and Separation Group, an organisation which can supply complete packages for liquid-solids separation and powder drying.

Low product shear agitation, low product energy absorption, low thermal stress, high mixing accuracy, high turn-down, self-emptying.
Bolz-PT cone screw powder dryers are used for drying solvent or water wet powders. Cone screw blenders are used for batch mixing of powders or as a live hoper feeding downstream equipment such as dryers, mills etc.

To serve the specific requirements of the R&D market Bolz-PT has developed the miniDRY® laboratory cone screw dryer blender: working volume of 150 ml to 1.5 litres.
At R&D stages, with only small product quantities available, the miniDRY® fills a growing market niche.
A sophisticated, flexible lab conical contact vacuum dryer with interchangeable agitator options, a range of ancillaries and full control, instrumentation and data logging.
